Although less than a kilometre from the Princes highway, you could be a million miles away once you are here. The bush lined entrance road curves around with a view of Lake Conjola, the ocean and Green Island before you arrive at our gate. A 15 minute forest stroll takes you to the shores of Lake Conjola. There are three modern, architect-designed, fully self-contained cottages, one 2 bedroom and two 1 bedroom. The style is contemporary but rustic with original art works and garden views from every room. All cottages have large sheltered and sunny verandahs, slow combustion fires, hand crafted day beds and gas BBQs. The one bedroom cottages each have a double spa bath. The cottages are designed to take advantage of our 12-acre site to create inviting and intimate spaces that are cool in summer and warm in winter. Sunny verandahs sheltered from the wind, a northeast aspect and well insulated buildings ensures year-round comfort. Our garden is a haven for native birds and animals. You may see echidnas, kangaroos, wallabies, a lyre bird or a goanna and you are sure to see crimson rosellas, king parrots, wild ducks, superb blue wrens and kookaburras. All single storey with covered carport access Reverse cycle air conditioning & Ceiling fans Wood fire and plenty of firewood provided Tariffs are $185 per couple per night Friday, Saturday, Long Weekends and school holidays. All other nights are $160 per couple per night with discounts offered for stays of 4 nights or longer. This includes a generous gourmet breakfast hamper on arrival.
